MATERIALS | The Cover char is made from form-pressed wood. The wood is folded over the chair's legs and backrest. This technically innovative wood layering helps lock the elements of the chair together. 

  • Oak and Stained Dark Brown versions: The back and seat, in oak veneer, solid oak frame, and legs. Water-based lacquer. Plastic glides. ​
  • Colored versions: The back, seat in ash veneer, frame, and legs are made from solid beech wood. Water-based lacquer. Plastic glides. ​

With its curved backrest that folds elegantly around its back legs and ties the design together, the Cover Side chair explores the possibilities of veneer, paired with a deep comfort, modern expression and sturdy base in solid wood. The design is stackable and features a water-based lacquer. The Cover Series without upholstery is EU Ecolabel Certified. By carrying the EU Ecolabel Certification, the product is guaranteed to have a reduced environmental impact throughout the total lifecycle of the product from raw material to disposal.
