Designer Carole Baijings has very fond memories of Dutch Aabe blankets. Since 1811, this Dutch brand has been making blankets from 100% pure wool. Carole transformed its iconic checkered pattern into a larger, new version. The different lines combine to create a new and surprising color palette. The wool for this sofa blanket comes from New Zealand and is woven and dyed in Italy with natural dyes. Each Fatboy and Aabe Colour Blend blanket is completely natural.
